Chris Basham says that The Seasiders are fully focused on backing up last weekend's win, as they prepare to take on Ipswich.
The midfielder believes that Nathan Delfouneso's late strike against Millwall has provided the confidence boost needed to kick on for the rest of the season.
"We're looking forward to Ipswich because we need to concentrate on getting back-to-back wins. We obviously won last Saturday so we're going down there full of confidence," he said.
"The late goal last weekend breeds confidence and all the lads are now geared up for this game, especially myself because I'm really looking forward to playing against them."
The Tractor Boys have got themselves out of the relegation zone under the management of Mick McCarthy and Basham is expecting a tough encounter at Portman Road.
"They've been doing well recently and they've hit some good form," he admitted. "It should be a good game and a good pitch that we can express ourselves on. Hopefully we can get another win and start climbing back up the table."
The 24-year-old could make his 17th league start of the season on Saturday, equalling last season's tally with a more consistent run in the side.
"It's been a great run for us, Tommo's stuck by me because he was the first one to put me in the team. I can't complain about anything and I'm enjoying it."
The fixture against Ipswich is the first of three inside a week for The Seasiders and some big results could transform the league table somewhat.
"It's a typical Championship week with us playing Ipswich, Leeds and then Leicester so it's a big test for ourselves. Hopefully we can go on a good run and push for the play-offs.
"It hasn't been great this season so far but we always stick together as a team and we'll now look to express ourselves throughout the rest of the season," he added.
