Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing at Wembley yesterday, manager Paul Ince has been handed a five-match stadium ban and fined £4,000.
The ban, which commences with immediate effect, relates to three breaches of FA Rule E3 after the AFC Bournemouth game on Saturday 14 September 2013.
A club spokesperson said:
"Blackpool Football Club acknowledges the decision of The Football Association and will now work closely with Paul and his coaching staff to ensure that the penalty imposed does not affect our short or long-term objectives.
"The club will be making no further comment at this stage."
A charge brought against Assistant Manager Alex Rae, in relation to the same game, was not proven.
