Nathan Delfouneso says that Blackpool are feeling 'confident' after extending their unbeaten run to seven games against Crystal Palace.
The on-loan Aston Villa striker, who scored the first goal in the 2-2 draw, was pleased that The Seasiders managed to battle back at Selhurst Park and get another point.
"I thought, especially in the first-half, that we were brilliant. We're probably a little disappointed with how we conceded the goals but the least we deserved was a point. We're really happy to get the point," he said.
"Palace are flying high at the moment so it was a good game for us. We're feeling good at the moment, we're feeling confident and I'm glad that we came out of it with a result."
Palace are currently second in the table as they chase promotion, yet Delfouneso says that The Seasiders still hold their own hopes of challenging the top six.
"We're hoping that we're going to be in the same situation as well, we're on a good run of form and we're still unbeaten," he said. "It was a good point away from home against a team playing as well as they are. We can move on from this now because we've got a couple of home games in a row, and we've got to make sure that we get our home form on track."
Owing to the loss of Matt Phillips in recent weeks to injury, the 21-year-old has found himself playing out wide in the forward line but it's a position he doesn't mind starring in.
"I'm comfortable playing there because I've played there for the England Under-21s anyway," he admitted. "Whether it's there or down the middle, I'm happy to play as long as I'm in the team. I'm enjoying it and hopefully I can continue that."
