Paul Ince believes that the Blackpool fans will help make 'a great atmosphere' when The Seasiders face Blackburn Rovers on Good Friday.
More 3,000 fans have snapped up tickets to go and support the team at Ewood Park, with more expected to make the decision to attend on the day.
"The fans are brilliant, even the other Saturday when we were down against Peterborough, they were behind us and tried to get us going," the manager said.
"The away fans are extra special, they really, really are. There will be loads of them making a noise and I'm sure it will be a great atmosphere.
"I'm really looking forward to it because it's a club that I've managed in the past and we've got a few players that have played there before in the past. It'll be a good occasion but we've just got to think about playing well and trying to get the three points."
One former Blackburn player currently in the Blackpool ranks is Barry Ferguson
, who is hopeful of recovering from injury in time to play in the fixture. The midfielder will be assessed prior to the game, as will Chris Basham following three weeks on the sidelines.
"Both of them have trained this week, they've been doing some running with not much contact. We'll have a look at them tomorrow and see where we go from there," he added.
