Richard Kyle has been appointed as Head of Coaching and Ciaran Donnelly as Academy Manager to replace John Hills and Alan Wright, who have taken up new respective positions as Assistant Manager and Manager of Southport FC.
Kyle has over seven years experience at academy level (9-18 years), having worked with Blackburn Rovers and more recently Everton.
He completed his UEFA A licence in 2012 and is now looking forward to working with Blackpool's youngsters.
"The development of youth footballers is fundamental to the progression of Blackpool Football Club," said Kyle.
"Our aim is to provide all aspects of development - technical, physical, mental and social.
"We will strive to produce young players who possess the skills and attributes needed to play and adapt to this ever evolving game, through high quality coaching and the player development programme."
Academy Manager Ciaran Donnelly will take up his role immediately having already worked for the club, where he was in charge of the Centre of Excellence and is keen to look forward and help Blackpool's Academy progress.
"I am delighted to be appointed as Blackpool FC Academy manager," said Donnelly.
"Having met with Richard Kyle I am very confident we can move the academy forward in a positive manner together.
"This year is a big year for the academy as we look to achieve Category Three status and we are confident we will achieve this. We have really good staff in place from top to bottom in the academy, both full time and part time, and I believe the future looks good for producing players who can potentially play in our first team in the future."
