Seasiders Accept Hospice Challenge

Club Participates In Trinity's Corporate Competition

The Trinity Hospice Corporate Challenge has been accepted by Blackpool FC, with the club given three months to build up funds from a base of £50. 

Chairman Karl Oyston met mascot Hospuss and was handed the £50 yesterday, with The Seasiders now set to start a number of fundraising initiatives. 

The challenge started on 1 August and ends on 31 October. Teams will be invited to a celebration and awards event in November, when the Champions will be announced and there will be a chance to meet other Corporate Challengers from a variety of business sectors.

All proceeds will go to Trinity, helping them to provide compassionate care for people from across the Fylde Coast.

Supporters are asked to note that a bucket collection will be taking place in aid of Trinity Hospice at Saturday's game against Barnsley.
