Manchester United youngster Tyler Blackett has joined Blackpool on a youth loan until 2 December.
The arrival of the 19-year-old left-back bolsters The Seasiders' defensive options ahead of the game against Nottingham Forest tomorrow, with Jack Robinson suspended for the next four matches.
Blackett has been capped by England at various youth levels and was a member of Manchester United's FA Youth Cup winning side in 2011.
"I spoke to Moyesy on Wednesday, had a good chat about him and he's got bags of potential," manager Paul Ince said. "He's only a young kid so I don't want to put too much pressure on him.
"We'll have a look at him and give him some minutes. Sometimes you've got to throw people in at the deep end to see how they get on."
