Harry Davies Receives Ince Shirt

10-year-old Young Seasider Harry Davies from Lytham St Annes is the lucky recipient of the final shirt worn by Thomas Ince in a match at Bloomfield Road.

Harry, whose family are season-ticket holders, correctly answered three questions out of five in a mailshot sent by e-mail to all Young Seasider members. Over 250 members responded with their answers, but Harry prevailed after rather negatively stating Blackpool would lose 2-1 at the weekend and that Andy Keogh would score the opening goal.

Club staff had raided the kit room after Ince's loan move to Crystal Palace and decided it would be a nice gesture for one lucky supporter to own the shirt that the England Under-21 International wore against Middlesbrough. That shirt was duly presented to Harry yesterday afternoon and will now sit proudly in his bedroom.

"I just guessed 2-1," he said after receiving the shirt. "I thought Andy Keogh would score as well but I felt I had to make my guess different because all the other fans would predict a home win. I am gutted we lost but had we won then I wouldn't have got this shirt."
