IAN HOLLOWAY

On Gilks penalty save

"It was a fantastic save,That secured the victory for us.

"I said all along that I've got two fantastic 'keepers here with totally different personalities.

"There's a calm one, Paul Rachubka, and the excitable one who staked his claim with a great save tonight.

"I didn't feel it was a penalty, I felt it was given as compensation for not sending Charlie Adam off earlier."

From Blackpool's point of view those were two great professional fouls because if they hadn't taken our players down we would have been leading the game.

"The game was really all about the first half when Blackpool showed good professionalism and played the conditions well while we were stuck between trying to do that and playing football.

"It wasn't very good to watch but they were effective."
