Ian Holloway admits to being pleased with how receptive the players have been in his first few days of pre-season training.
The new Blackpool manager is keen to stress that he wants his players to feel as fit as ever, and the team have opted to utilise various facilities at the De Vere Hotel and the University of Central Lancashire in the last two days.
The players' visit to Preston earlier today brought about a number of specialist medical tests that are geared to help shape Ollie's training schedule.
"Without knowing where they all are physically I can't devise the training programme for each and every individual," the manager said.
"We've already got a programme written up but I have to work out who's going to train where and who's going to do what because they'll all have different strengths and weaknesses. Then we'll come back in my structure to the team stuff where we work together.
"I believe you will see results at the end of it, even with players you don't pick."
