Have you ever wondered what happens at Bloomfield Road on a daily basis? Well now that question could be answered as the official website keeps you up-to-date with the goings on behind the scenes.

16.18 (SH) - Plans have now been finalised for the manager's press conference tomorrow as the focus now switches firmly on the small matter of a certain Lancashire derby. Brett Ormerod, no stranger to either side, will return from suspension for the game.

15.27 (SH) - Confirmation has now come from The Football League that the youth game against Chester on Saturday won't go ahead.  

14.35 (SH) - We have a competition on the blog this afternoon to win a copy of FIFA 10 on PS3. We've got five copies to giveaway if you simply answer the following question correctly: What was the score the last time Blackpool faced Middlesbrough in the league at Bloomfield Road?

13.39 (SH) - Gary Parkinson has raised concerns about the Seasiders' youth game against Chester going ahead on Saturday due to the current situation at the Deva Stadium. We'll keep you posted on that over the next few days.  

12.54 (SH) - The chance to join Matt and myself in the office for a day - I know it's not that great a prize - is currently on offer to any supporter aged 14 and under in our Junior Reporter Competition. What's more, the winning entries (one under-11 report and one 11-14 report) will also be submitted to the Football League for a chance to win an amazing prize. Further details can be found here.

12.41 (SH) - The Sun family football promotion has attracted a number of new supporters to the Seasiders, 25 new families will be in attendance for the Crystal Palace fixture after collecting the tokens to gain entry for £19.50.  

11.26 (SH) - Ian Holloway says he can't wait for the Seasiders' next game - "I'll have a good look at what we've just done and try to pick a team that can go to Preston and beat them. You'll see how the lads care in the next performance that we give." 

11.07 (SH) - It has now been confirmed that today's reserve game has been called off due to a frozen pitch. A new date for the fixture is yet be arranged.  

10.47 (SH) - Today's reserve team game at Rossendale has now been called off. We'll have more news on that shortly.

10.11 (SH) - Just to clarify one of the internet myths, the manager does not Twitter.

9.58 (SH) - The Seasiders reserve team are in action at Rossendale this afternoon, kick-off 2pm. Mark Halstead, Ishmel Demontagnac, Danny Mitchley and Louis Almond will all be involved for the game against Rochdale.   

9.53 (SH) - It was a disappointing result last night - but what better way to bounce back than with victory over Preston on Saturday with almost 5,500 Blackpool fans cheering the side on.
