18.54 (SH) - Boro line up with Scott McDonald and Jeremie Aliadiere in attack. Gary O'Neil returns in midfield.
18.47 (SH) - TEAM NEWS: Charlie Adam returns for the Seasiders in just the one change from Saturday. Another major boost is that Hameur Bouazza takes his place amongst the substitutes.
Line-up: Gilks, Baptiste, Evatt, Edwards, Crainey, Southern, Vaughan, Adam, Taylor-Fletcher, Ormerod, Campbell
Subs: Rachubka, Butler, Martin, Husband, Euell, Bouazza, Dobbie
18.36 (SH) - We've just seen the line-up for this evening and will announce it shortly.
17.39 (SH) - Just over 1,000 Middlesbrough fans are expected at Bloomfield Road for the game.
16.53 (SH) - It's still a little quiet around the ground at the moment but that is expected to change in the next hour as the players start to arrive. The visitors dressing room has already been kitted out.
16.03 (SH) - Charlie Adam is priced at 15/2 to score first on his return to action tonight with BlackpoolBet. You can get odds of 6/4 that the Seasiders overcome Middlesbrough.
15.19 (SH) - The Middlesbrough side that takes to the field at Bloomfield Road is unlikely to resemble that of the previous encounter between the two teams. Boro have used 37 players this season, which is only equalled by Derby County.
14.43 (SH) - Former Blackpool right-back Mike Davies will take to the field at half-time to do the Golden Gamble draw. He's sure to get a good reception.
14.12 (SH) - Stephen McPhee won't feature again for the Seasiders this evening - but the striker is closer to a first-team return and could feature in a reserve game in the not too distant future.
"Macca has been training with us for a week now and has been doing his own little thing after training," Steve Thompson revealed. "He'll be another good asset to us once he gets back."
13.54 (SH) - There's a great quote from Brett in tonight's Up The Pool when he tells us about his former Southampton manager Gordon Strachan giving him stick for his dress sense.
"He once said to me that he's seen better dressed wounds, which took a few seconds to sink in at first."

13.43 (SH) - Tonight's edition of Up the Pool features interviews with Keith Southern, Brett Ormerod, Charlie Adam and former Boro and now Blackpool youth team coach Gary Parkinson. Also inside is a Stephen Dobbie poster.
The Seasiders' matchday magazine is available prior to the game inside the club shop and outside the ground, priced at just £3
13.08 (SH) - Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan says that the Seasiders are one of the best sides his team have faced since he took charge of the club back in October.
"I think them (Blackpool) and Notts Forest are the best we've played so far since I've been here," he admitted. "The game we played before was a non-event until they scored and it was the most ridiculous goal you'll ever see. Hopefully we've got these things sorted since then, touch wood, but they were a good side on the night once they got the lead."
12.37 (SH) - One player who will definitely feature tonight is Charlie Adam following the completion of his two-match suspension. The Seasiders' number 26 can't wait to put the boots back on.
"It's been tough and hard but you deal with it," Adam said. "I'm refreshed from the break and I'm now raring to go again."
A full interview with Charlie appears in tonight's Up The Pool.
12.20 (SH) - Hameur Bouazza has trained with the first-team once again this morning but it is not yet known whether he will be involved at some stage this evening.
