13.40 (SH) - Our disabled liaison officer Chris Beveridge is now located in the ticket office on a Thursday afternoon to discuss any special requirements or needs that supporters may have.
13.24 (SH) - It's a busy day in the office as we look to get Saturday's programme for the visit of Reading finalised. Back-to-back programmes are always time consuming but there will be plenty of interviews in the latest edition, including ones with Matt Gilks and DJ Campbell.
