ISHMEL DEMONTAGNAC today completed a loan move to League Two promotion challengers Chesterfield.
Demontagnac arrived at Bloomfield Road in the summer and following three substitute appearances the former Walsall man made a goal scoring full debut in the Carling Cup against Wigan, but his impressive first start in Tangerine was cut short when he tore his hamstring in the second half, since returning to fitness, the London born midfielder has found it difficult to break back into the Seasiders starting eleven.
On the decision to let Ishmel join John Sheridan's men, Pool boss Ian Holloway said, "Ish needs to be playing first team football and the loan move to Chesterfield will give him that chance, they are challenging for promotion and I know he will relish the opportunity of helping them achieve that goal, he wants win every time he plays and I am sure the month's loan will do him good, as we do with all the players who go out on loan we will monitor his progress and keep in regular touch with the club and player."
The 21-year-old has signed for an initial month at Saltergate and will go straight into the Spirerites squad to face Burton Albion on Saturday.
