Blackpool striker Brett Ormerod says he is relishing the weekend trip to Arsenal and has heaped praise on the club's new signings.
Ormerod was instrumental in the 4-0 win over Wigan last weekend, forming an attacking trio with Marlon Harewood and Gary Taylor-Fletcher.
And while the Blackpool legend admits he will be nervous before kick-off, he can't wait to face the Gunners on Saturday.
"I'm looking forward to it to be honest, I'll be a bit nervous before the game as I am before any other game, but I think if you don't have nerves you're not human.
"Its nice to play against the big clubs,I think every player wants to play at the highest level and I'm going to try and enjoy it even more because if I'm honest I thought I'd had my chance and it had been and gone.
"But to get another bite of the cherry is very satisfying for me but not only do I want to enjoy it, I want to do well as an individual and as a team." He said.
New signing Marlon Harewood marked his debut with two goals with fellow new signings Ludovic Sylvestre, Elliot Grandin and Craig Cathcart also playing starring roles.
And Ormerod admits he was amazed at how quickly the new faces had settled in.
"It was unbelievable to be fair, how quickly and how well they came in but that's credit to the gaffer, taking his time to bring in the right players to the club.
"I thought everyone of them who started and came on was absolutely fantastic and hopefully that will bode well for the future."
