THE Seasiders reserve team open their Premier League campaign on Monday afternoon when they travel to The Midlands to take on Aston Villa at Villa's Bodymoor Heath Training Ground, kick off 2pm.

Influential midfielder Keith Southern hits the comeback trail following his knee ligament injury and Southern will be joined by deadline day signing Matt Phillips, club captain Jason Euell, Chris Basham, Ash Eastham, Danny Coid, Ishmel Demontagnac, Stephen Husband and Mark Halstead. Promising second year scholars Liam Tomsett and Tom Barkhuizen are also included in the starting line up whilst all five substitutes are from the Seasiders youth team.
