The 23-year old signed for an undisclosed fee from Bulgarian outfit CSKA Sofia last summer.
The midfielder, who operates in a number of attacking roles, began his career at SM Caen before moving to French giants Olympique De Marseille.
He also has international experience at youth level, representing France Under 21s on three occasions and enjoyed an impressive
debut in the 4-0 win over Wigan Athletic.
Since then Grandin has made the attacking midfield slot his own and the creative midfielder scored his first goal for the club, in the draw with Aston Villa on February 12th.
