Blackpool became Andrea Orlandi’s third British club when he moved to Bloomfield Road in August 2014.
The midfielder began his career at Alavés and joined Swansea in 2007, before moving to Brighton in 2012.
He scored six goals in 49 appearances for The Seagulls, but was released at the end of the 2013/14 season.
Orlandi signed a one-year contract with the option of a further season, and made his Pool debut at Nottingham Forest a day after joining.
He scored his first goal for The Seasiders at Watford in January 2015, and also netted a month later against Nottingham Forest.
