Young stopper Myles Boney signed professional terms in the summer of 2016 having previously gained experience in the first-team set-up.

An unused substitute on a number of occasions for Pool in the past, Boney was also selected for an England goalkeeping camp in April 2015.

Boney made his professional debut as a second-half substitute in Blackpool's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at Wigan Athletic.
