Nathan Delfouneso returned to Blackpool FC for a third time in July 2014, this time on a permanent basis after leaving Aston Villa.

The 23-year-old first joined the club on a season-long loan in 2012 and scored his first two goals for The Seasiders in a 4-1 victory against Middlesbrough.

The former England Under-21 striker returned to Bloomfield Road last season for another loan stint, however he spent the majority of his 11 league appearances playing out wide prior to heading back to Villa in January 2014.

The striker scored twice on his home debut in the 4-1 win over Middlesbrough, after two subsititute appearances at Leicester City and Barnsley.

The 21-year-old scored nine goals in 48 appearances for Villa before joining Blackpool on loan.

He scored his first goal of the season against Brentford in August 2014.
