Manager: Gary Bowyer
Gary Bowyer was appointed manager of Blackpool Football Club on 1 June 2016.
The 44-year-old, a former player with Hereford United, Nottingham Forest and Rotherham United, stepped up to take charge of Blackburn Rovers in May 2013 and guided the club to eighth and ninth placed Championship finishes in his first two seasons in charge.
Bowyer had previously impressed during two caretaker spells at Ewood Park, having gone unbeaten in a four-game stint in charge, before steering the club away from relegation troubles in the same season.
His affiliation with Blackburn Rovers first started back in 2004 when he moved from Derby County to oversee the under-18s and nurture the club's academy talents. He later became reserve team manager and led the side to the final of the Premier Reserve League against Chelsea in 2010-11, on the back of winning the Premier Reserve League North title.
Bowyer, who replaced Neil McDonald at Bloomfield Road, agreed a one-year rolling deal with The Seasiders.
First-Team Coach: Richie Kyle
Richie Kyle stepped up to work with the first team in June 2015, after doing an impressive job as Head of Youth Coaching.
The Liverpudlian previously worked in youth and academy football at Blackburn Rovers and Everton, prior to his Blackpool move in 2013.
Kyle’s first season taking the youth team saw The Seasiders win the North West Youth Alliance, while a host of players have been promoted to the senior side under Kyle’s reign.
The coach remained on for the 2016/17 campaign, linking up with Gary Bowyer, who he'd previously worked with at Blackburn Rovers.
Goalkeeper Coach: Dave Timmins
Dave Timmins joined Gary Bowyer's backroom staff in July 2016 in the role of goalkeeper coach.
Vastly experienced, he moved to the club from League One side Port Vale, having previously worked at the likes of Tranmere Rovers, Shrewsbury Town and Carlisle United.
During his 18 years of coaching he's been renowned for aiding in the development of goalkeepers such as England international Joe Hart and Wales international Wayne Hennessey.
