The first round of the Carabao Cup gets underway this evening, as Blackpool welcome fellow League One side Barnsley to Bloomfield Road.
The Seasiders head into the match looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Portsmouth on Saturday, while The Tykes maintained their 100 per cent start to the campaign with a 2-0 victory at Bradford City.
Mark Cullen is pushing for a start after stepping off the bench and scoring at the weekend, while Curtis Tilt could return to the squad after missing the Portsmouth game due to illness. Donervon Daniels may also get a run-out after returning to the club late last week.
The visitors could also make a few changes, with young striker Victor Adeboyejo in contention to start.
Mark Heywood will officiate the tie between the sides, having last been at Bloomfield Road in November 2016 to oversee Blackpool's 4-1 victory against Newport County.
Tickets can be purchased right up until kick-off from the ticket office, with admission priced as follows:
- £10 for Adults
- £5 for Seniors and Under-18s
Barnsley supporters looking to pay on the night can gain entry from turnstiles 11 and 12 in the West Stand (cash only).
From this season, Carabao Cup ties will go straight to penalties if the scores are level after 90 minutes, up to and including the semi-finals. Should penalties be required, then spot-kicks will follow the traditional format, as opposed to the ABBA system which was trialed last season. VAR can be used at all fixtures played at a Premier League stadium.
