Blackpool will aim to build on a three-match winning streak when they face Southend United at Roots Hall tomorrow.
The Seasiders are once again back out on the road for a round trip that exceeds 500 miles, however the players will be buoyed by their most recent league outing at Gillingham.
The home side are without a league win in their last two matches, though did record a Checkatrade Trophy victory in midweek.
Injuries and suspensions are now clearing up for Blackpool, with Jimmy Ryan and Max Clayton the only long-term absentees. Goalkeeper Mark Howard is back training, while Donervon Daniels and Joe Bunney came through their returns unscathed. Jay Spearing and Marc Bola also link-up with the squad again. Jordan Thompson is away on international duty with Northern Ireland, though.
As for Southend United, they'll have Jason Demetriou available after suspension ruled him out of representing his country. Luke Hyam is also back in contention after featuring against Southampton's Under-21s. Sam Barratt, Ben Coker and Tom Hopper remain on the sidelines.
