Tiago Gomes and Ludovic Sylvestre both start for Blackpool as manager Ian Holloway makes two changes for the visit of Nottingham Forest.The pair come into the side for Angel Martinez and Nathan Delfouneso, who are named on the bench alongside Chris Basham and Elliot Grandin.
