The Lowdown On Tomorrow's Fixture
Blackpool welcome Wigan Athletic to Bloomfield Road tomorrow for a game in front of the Sky Sports cameras, kick-off 12.15pm.
The Seasiders will be without manager Paul Ince as he serves the first match of a five-game stadium ban, while skipper Barry Ferguson remains on the sidelines following an ankle operation. On loan midfielder Dan Gosling could be set for a home debut.
The visitors could welcome striker Grant Holt back to their starting line-up, although the likes of Ali Al-Habsi, Gary Caldwell and Shaun Maloney will definitely miss out due to long-term injury problems.
Paul Ince: "I can watch it on Sky, make phone calls and see what's going on. I've watched Wigan three or four times in the past five weeks, they play some really good football, and Owen Coyle's teams are like that."
Owen Coyle: “Blackpool have done very well in the early stages of the season and have a very good home record. But we know that if we play to the best of our ability then regardless of who we play and where we play, we’re capable of winning games and that’s how we’ll approach the match."
Matchday tickets remain on sale for game and can be purchased from the ticket office right up until kick-off, with any pre-booked tickets available for collection at the ticket booth, located just outside the ticket office, from 9am.
All tickets in the away end have already been purchased, with more than 2,000 Wigan fans making the short trip up the motorway.
Matchday tickets are priced as follows:
£25 for Adults
£20 for Seniors
£17 for 16-U19
£15 for Under-16s
Please note: a £5 discount applies to the price of a members ticket and tickets in the East Stand are £1 cheaper than advertised.
Mark Haywood has been confirmed as the referee for the game tomorrow, assisted by Martin Coy and Mark Jones. Mr Haywood last officiated at Bloomfield Road in March as The Seasiders fell to a 1-0 defeat to Peterborough United. Michael Naylor has been named as fourth official.
Ladbrokes will be Main Match Sponsor for the game against Wigan, with Wareing Buildings confirmed as Matchball Sponsors.
Up The Pool
The latest edition of Up The Pool, the club's matchday magazine, will be on sale around the ground and from the club shop prior to kick-off, priced at just £3.
Bobby Grant is the subject of our main interview, while Stephen Dobbie, Stephen Crainey and Colin Methven also feature.
The Seasiders are priced at 17/10 to win the match, with Thomas Ince available at odds of 6/4 to score at anytime during the 90 minutes. Please click here for a full list of betting options with Sky Bet.
