Foy To Officiate Cup Tie
Chris Foy will referee Blackpool's FA Cup third round tie at Aston Villa on Sunday.The Premier League official last took charge of a game involving The Seasiders in May 2012, when the club drew 2-2 with Birmingham City in The Championship play-offs.
He will be assisted at Villa Park by Richard West and Robert Merchant, with Mark Heywood on fourth official duties.
