Four Free Sessions To Be Delivered
A brand new family-orientated programme will be delivered by Blackpool FC Community Trust to combat the low levels of health in the town.
The Family Fit2Go programme is part of Altogether Now - A Legacy for Blackpool, and builds on the existing Fit2Go Project which is delivered to Year 4 pupils in Blackpool.
Family Fit2Go is free of charge and consists of four interactive, one hour sessions delivered over four weeks, looking at how to lead a healthy lifestyle together as a family.
Each week covers a different topic which can be seen in the brief below. Blackpool FC Community Trust will be offering each family member that attends all four weeks a free ticket to a home match as an incentive to encourage families to take part.
