Look Into The ArchivesBlackpool travel to Craven Cottage on Wednesday evening, a ground The Seasiders haven't won at since 1986, so the record is there to be broken.
The two sides last met in the FA Cup two seasons ago, but haven't clashed on a regular basis since the '90s.
Here we take a look back at some recent Fulham meetings.
In January 2013 the two clubs met in the FA Cup at Craven Cottage, but were forced to settle for a draw and a replay. Ludovic Sylvestre fired Pool in front on the hour mark, but were pegged back 20 minutes later when Giorgios Karagounis struck.
However there was heartbreak for Blackpool at Bloomfield Road ten days later. Nathan Delfouneso put The Seasiders ahead with eight minutes left, but Kieran Richardson struck in injury time to force extra time. And with four minutes to go until penalties Brede Hangeland put his side into round four.
Back in 1976 Blackpool beat a Fulham side featuring George Best and Bobby Moore. Paul Hart and Bob Hatton had Pool 2-0, before John Mitchell struck twice to haul Fulham level. It was all set for Micky Walsh to seal the home win with a towering header.
