Tuesday Night Fixture For SeasidersBlackpool head to The Riverside Stadium to face Aitor Karanka's Middlesbrough tomorrow night, kick-off 7.45pm.
The Seasiders last visit resulted in a 1-1 draw back in August 2013 after a 94th minute equaliser from Marvin Emnes cancelled out an effort from Chris Basham.
Both goalscorers from that day have since departed their respective clubs, with Blackpool set to field a completely different 11 altogether this time around.
Built in just 32 weeks, The Riverside Stadium opened on 26 August 1995 and now holds a capacity of 34,742 spectators. The club had previously played home games at Ayresome Park. The first ever goal at the stadium was scored by current assistant manager Craig Hignett.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day (cash only) from the visitors' ticket office, located next to the away turnstile.
Tickets will remain priced as follows:
- £31 for Adults
- £23 for Over-65s
- £16 for Under-18s
By Train - Middlesbrough train station is a 10-15 minute walk away from the stadium and is served by First TransPennine Express and Northern Rail services.
By Car - If travelling from Blackpool by car, Leave the A1(M) at junction 49, signposted to Teesside, and join the A168, which after approximately 11 miles will become the A19. Approximately 19 miles later take the A66 eastbound towards Middlesbrough town centre. Stay on A66 past the town centre (on your right) and follow signs to the stadium, which you will see on your left.
