Four Who've Played For Both

Blackpool and Norwich go head-to-head on Saturday, and the two clubs share a number of player links from down the years.

The likes of Wes Hoolahan and Adrian Forbes share Blackpool and Norwich links, and they're not the only ones.

The official website now looks into detail at four who've played for both clubs.

WES HOOLAHAN

  • In 2006 Hoolahan left Livingston and joined Blackpool on loan, before making his move permanent a year later.
  • He played an integral role in the 2007 promotion and played 99 times overall for Pool.
  • For £250,000 he joined City and has now made over 200 appearances for The Canaries.
DAVID FOX

  • Fox moved to Blackpool from Manchester United and spent three-and-a-half seasons at Bloomfield Road.
  • The midfielder made over 100 appearances for Pool, before departing for Colchester in 2009.
  • A year later he joined Norwich, where he remained until last summer.
ADRIAN FORBES

  • Forbes came through the Norwich academy, and made 121 appearance for The Canaries.
  • He joined Blackpool from Swansea in July 2006 and made 46 appearances for the club.
  • The midfielder played in the 2007 play-offs, as The Seasiders were promoted to The Championship.
ALAN GOW

  • During the 2008/09 season Gow spent time on loan at both Blackpool and Norwich from Rangers.
  • First with The Seasiders, Gow scored five times in 17 appearances.
  • He then went to Norwich later in the season, but failed to score in 13 appearances.
