Seasiders Advance Straight To Second Round
Blackpool will advance straight to the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy after receiving a bye this morning.The Seasiders were one of four sides in the North West Section of the draw to be handed a bye, with the other three being Crewe Alexandra, Fleetwood Town and Wigan Athletic.
The news means that Blackpool's participation in the competition will not get underway until October.
