Manager Hoping For New Faces
The loan window opens in the same week The Seasiders have two home clashes they'll be hoping to take maximum points from, and Clark wants extra legs.
“We're looking at players,” said Clark. “We are looking at one or two possibilities. It's important that we bring some fresh faces in that can help us for the remainder of the season.
“What we do have to add up is the number of loans we have. We must balance those, as you can only use five in your matchday 18.”
The Seasiders currently have five loanees on their books, meaning any new additions will leave Clark with a decision to make.
“It's up to me then to juggle the five between however many we've got. Obviously in our predicament we're going to have to do that.
“We must try and keep the lads who are on loan and not in the 18 focused. They're not coming out on loan from another club to sit in the stands, but they understand the situation.
“If we can try and help them through that it can help us,” he said.
