Kyle's Side Face BuryBlackpool Youth host Bury this weekend, with Richie Kyle under no illusions how difficult a task his young side faces.
The Shakers currently lead the division and Kyle insists the pressure is on the visitors and not on his side, as they look to secure the league.
“It is going to be tough. We know Bury are top of the league and they’re going to be well organised like they have been all season,” he said.
“I know the coach well and they are on a really good run at the moment, similar to the one our team had last season. They are winning most of their matches convincingly so we know we are going to be up against it.
“We are hoping to surprise a few people tomorrow, we are the underdogs going into it and the pressure is on them because they are going for the league title. We can play with a little bit of freedom against them and hopefully we can upset Bury.”
The Seasiders are yet to win a game in 2015 and Kyle believes a result against Bury tomorrow could inject a new lease of life into his side.
“The last couple of weeks we have been playing well but we just haven’t been getting the results. We know that has got to change soon and I know on our day we can be a match for anyone.
“We went toe-to-toe with Wigan not so long ago and we only lost that match late on and we are going to be looking to give Bury a tough game like that as well.
“We might not be picking up results but we are performing, if we get something from the match tomorrow it will give the lads a great boost of confidence because we know how well Bury are doing.
“I’m not denying how tough a task we face tomorrow but we are going to give our all and hopefully we can get something out of the game,” he added.
