Blackpool FC is currently looking to recruit a Head of Academy Coaching/Operations manager.The individual appointed to the role will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Academy's coaching programme, with the overall aim of producing players technically able to progress into Blackpool Football Club's first-team.
