Winger Suffers Ankle Ligament Damage

Blackpool manager Lee Clark has confirmed that Henry Cameron will be out of action for the next four to six weeks with ankle ligament damage.

The 17-year-old, who has made six appearances this season, sustained the injury against Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

"It was a twist of his ankle and he also got a kick on it," Clark said. "He's got a few ligaments that are damaged in his ankle and it's quite sore and bruised at the moment.

"It's a big blow to us because the lad has been doing terrifically well. When you consider it's his first time in first team football, he's handled the technical and mental sides of it really well.

"He's got a big future ahead of him and we look forward to working with him again when he gets back," he added.
