Manager Previews Sheffield Wednesday GameLee Clark says Blackpool need to be more clinical with their chances if they're to build on an encouraging display against Birmingham City in midweek.
The manager rated Wednesday night's performance as one of the best since he arrived, with the likes of Jamie O'Hara and Miles Addison impressing in midfield.
"We played some excellent football and created by far the best chances. We just needed to be more clinical with those chances," he said.
"I was really encouraged by what we did on Wednesday but we'll have to change our tactics a little bit because of the pitch. It's not ideal and I'd love us to continue where we left off in terms of our performance level on Wednesday. It's a balancing act, trying to get us to do that but also trying to be mindful of what we're playing on."
A number of changes will be forced for tomorrow's game against Sheffield Wednesday, however.
"We're limited with numbers because Niall Maher's out and we can't play Gary Madine against his parent club. We might have a bit of an unbalanced bench tomorrow just to get the numbers."
Sheffield Wednesday arrive on the back of a defeat to Blackburn, though prior to that they did beat Middlesbrough and Millwall.
"They had a blip in midweek but they've been on a good run. They're a big, powerful side who cause teams lots of problems. We know what to expect, I'm just hoping in the remaining games that the players can keep giving us encouragement to look forward," Clark added.
