Clark: Want The Winning Feeling Back

1 May 2015

Manager Previews Final Game Of The Season

Lee Clark is desperate to finish what he describes as an 'horrendous' season with three points against Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The Seasiders have won just four matches this campaign, but have the chance to round it off on a rare positive note when The Terriers visit Bloomfield Road.

“There's no better feeling on a Saturday evening than when you've been part of a winning group,” said Clark.

“It won't be ending the campaign on a high because nothing this season can be classed as that, but we just want that winning feeling again.”

It's a clash against another of Clark's former clubs this weekend, and The Seasiders can expect a tough test, with Town arriving unbeaten in their last six matches.

“They're on a good run. Chris (Powell) has gone in there and done a really good job with the players.

“They're playing with confidence, they've had some really good results in the last few games they've played, so we know it's going to be a tough match,” he added.
