Defender Joins From Hull CityBlackpool manager Neil McDonald has moved to sign defender Will Aimson on loan from Hull City for a month.
The centre-back, 21, trained with his new team-mates this morning and goes straight into contention for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at Wigan Athletic tomorrow.
"I'm really excited and I can't wait to get going," he told the official website. "Hopefully I can start off with a win tomorrow night. I'm here to prove myself and get some results for the club."
Aimson, who had a brief loan stint with Tranmere Rovers cut short last season after breaking his tibia and fibula, is looking forward to getting back out on the pitch and playing first-team football.
"In my second game I broke my leg and it's been a long road and a long recovery. I've done everything this season and I feel as fit as ever and I'm raring to go.
"The lads here have welcomed me well and made me feel great and so has the manager. I can't wait to go out and play now."
