First-Team Coach Delighted For Young WingerRichie Kyle says Henry Cameron's international call-up is great news for the academy setup at Blackpool.
The Seasiders' first-team coach, who managed the winger in the youth team, is thrilled to see the 18-year-old represent New Zealand and raise the profile of the club in the process.
"It's great for the profile of the academy and it shows all the hard work that has been going on in the past few years. It's a massive achievement and we're delighted that Henry is to represent New Zealand at such a young age," he told the official website.
"He's been with us since he was a young kid and come all the way through the ranks. This is the third year I've known him and he's worked extremely hard and had some ups and downs along the way.
"He's gone from strength to strength since coming into the first-team and flourished under the new manager. I'm really pleased for him, it's thoroughly deserved," he added.
