Lee Happy To Work With McDonald Again

New Striker On Move From West Ham

New signing Elliot Lee is relishing his reunion with Neil McDonald, as he looks to fire Blackpool up the table.

The striker, who joined the club on loan from West Ham United yesterday, worked with the manager at Upton Park and had no hesitation in linking up with him again.

"I worked with him for four years when he was at West Ham, he knows what I'm about and I know what he's about so that was definitely a big part of why I came here," he told the official website. "Hopefully we can have a good relationship together on the pitch and both reap the rewards."

The 20-year-old, highly-rated by his parent club, hopes to add the goals that the team currently craves by doing what he does best.

"All throughout my short career I've been described as a finisher which is great, so I'm looking forward to hopefully carrying on that tradition here," he said.

"I've settled in really well with all the lads. Mark Cullen, who I knew from Luton, has helped me a lot so it's been a really good first day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow."
