Thank you for your recent e-mail of 17th September in reply to my e-mail to you of the 11th August.
You say that you need more time to respond to the questions that I posed to you in my e-mail of the 27th July 2015, now almost two months ago.
I will once again extend the deadline to respond to all my questions until the end of September 2015 as you request. We would have assumed you would have already considered and researched all of the information we now require prior to making your proposal.
You must have considered the tax consequences of your proposal and how you would deal with the massive tax charges that would be generated and how that would impact upon the cash flow and solvency of Blackpool Football Club.
I reiterate that I admire your tenacity, passion and ambitions but these qualities alone are not sufficient to run a football club.
I await your response.
Re: Response to your letter of the 11th August 2015

Thank you for forwarding a copy of Mr Oyston's letter to the trust. We are working on various of his enquiries and questions with the intention of providing as comprehensive a response as we can given the limitations of our access to the detail of the club.
We really do need a more comprehensive overview of the business, generally something that would be available at the diligence stage if we are to reply to some of these questions with the desired degree of accuracy.
In the meanwhile we will provide the best answers that we can and request that we be given until the end of September to do this.
Thanks for your assistance in this matter.
