Cameron Progressing Well

18 February 2016

Latest On Winger's Injury Recovery

Neil McDonald confirmed Henry Cameron’s rehab is progressing well, with the winger recovering from knee ligament damage.

The 18-year-old has been out of action since November, when he picked up the serious injury while on international duty with New Zealand.

Three months down the line Cameron has stepped up his recovery on the bike and is still at the front of his manager’s mind.

“I went on a bike ride with Henry recently,” McDonald explained. “It can be lonely when you’re injured but he’s in a good place.

“It’s nice to spend time with the injured lads because I’m obviously with the fit lads a lot of the time and Henry’s rehab is coming along nicely.”

Cameron had appeared 16 times for The Seasiders this season prior to his injury but won’t feature again before May.
