Manager Previews Weekend's FixtureNeil McDonald hopes Blackpool's 'recovery' starts tomorrow with victory against Crewe Alexandra.
The Seasiders go into the match looking to rediscover some form in the battle to stay in League One, and big performances will be required from every player.
"We need everyone to stand up and be counted. We've put ourselves in this situation and we're the only ones who can get ourselves out of it," McDonald said.
"Hopefully Crewe is the start of our recovery. We need a good reaction off a poorish second-half at Oldham and we certainly need to play against Crewe like we did in the first-half, but for 90 minutes."
Blackpool recorded a 2-0 win against Crewe earlier this season and another score like that would prove timely, with strikers aiming to get back on the goal trail.
"There's a few players banging on my door saying 'I'm ready to play' and there's a few that have lost a bit of form at the wrong time. Let's see what team I pick on Saturday. Every single player needs to stand up and be counted because we need the points.
"We need to get at them as much as we possibly can and score the goals to win the game. If we win the games in and around us then that pulls everybody in and keeps the pressure on them," the manager added.
