Programme Preview: Coventry City

11 March 2016

This Week's Up The Pool

Emmerson Boyce fronts Saturday’s edition of Up The Pool, as Coventry City arrive in town.

The defender is expected to start in place of the suspended Hayden White at Bloomfield Road.

Inside, skipper David Ferguson and goalkeeper Dean Lyness go under the spotlight as this week’s main interviews.

Ferguson is back from suspension himself and discusses his hopeful return to form and what needs to be done between now and May.

He said: “We always review our performances back to improve so at the end of the season we have no regrets, that’s the main thing.

“I probably needed a rest from the team and then my performance at Chesterfield was probably one of my best this season.”

He’s joined inside by Lyness, who has returned on loan from Burton Albion and is happy to be back at Bloomfield Road.

“I’m back involved with the lads in the dressing room and hopefully I can still develop with the coaching staff,” he said inside.

Elsewhere, the returning Lloyd Jones goes Under The Spotlight and Phil Horner talks readers through the top six moments on his career.

Neil McDonald provides his usual pre-match notes and Romain Vincelot speaks on behalf of the away side.

All this and much, much more is available for just £3 from around Bloomfield Road.
