If you were the dressing room DJ, what three songs would be on your pre-match playlist?
Monster by Meek Mill, Gold Slugs by DJ Khaled and That’s On You by Kid Ink.

What is your favourite piece of football memorabilia that you own?
Probably my signed Blackpool shirt. I’ve also been in a couple of Newcastle squads so have those shirts.

What is your favourite away stadium to play at?
I’d probably say St Mary’s. I played there with Newcastle’s under-21s and the pitch was unbelievable.

What is the biggest name in your phonebook?
Rob Elliot or Paul Dummett.

What can you remember about your first job?
I’ve never done anything apart from football.

To date, what is your most embarrassing moment in football?
I missed a penalty at the quarter finals of the Nike Cup. We were the English representatives and played Colo-Colo from Chile. I’d pulled my thigh so could barely walk, but nobody wanted to take a penalty so I stepped up and it was saved.

What is the best sporting event that you’ve watched live?
I was at the Manchester derby last season when United won 4-2 at Old Trafford.

What were your first pair of football boots?
Old school Predators, black and red ones.

What TV series are you addicted to currently?
I’ve just finished House of Cards and now I’m on Sons of Anarchy.

Including yourself, what four players in world football would be in your 5-a-side team?
David De Gea, David Alaba, Kevin De Bruyne and Lionel Messi.
