You’re given the microphone in front of your team mates, what song do you sing?
‘You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling’ is my go-to song but half of the lads didn’t know it here. I’ve done ‘Amarillo’ in the past as well.
You have five pounds left to spend on one item, what do you buy?
Three pound’s worth of pick ‘n mix, a lottery ticket and a scratch card so I can buy more pick ‘n mix because I love my sweets.
What did you go as to your last fancy dress party?
I went as Harry Potter to my last Christmas party.
Who do you room with on away games and what are they like for company?
It’s Jim McAlister at the minute and he’s alright until Celtic and Rangers on the TV. He was an angry man the other week but it was entertaining. I wasn’t watching the game I was just watching him.
What is the most used app on your mobile phone?
Probably WhatsApp, I use that more than Twitter and Instagram.
Not including the current squad, who is the best player you’ve played with?
Kyle Walker at Sheffield United. He was like Rolls-Royce and you could tell he was going to go on to big things. He was athletically scary, unbelievable.
What’s the best holiday you’ve ever been on and why?
It’s going to have to be my honey moon to Saint Lucia. We did everything and even had a butler, we’d just pull coconuts off the trees and eat them straight away. It was paradise.
If you have one super power, what would it be and why?
I’d fly because I hate being stuck in traffic. To be able to wiz from one place to another would be brilliant.
Who is your best friend in football?
I’ve known Matt Derbyshire since we were kids at Blackburn, we came through the whole system together. There’s also Chris Porter who I know from Sheffield United.
What was your first football kit and which name did you put on the back?
As a kid my auntie bought me a green Liverpool kit, which had white stripes and Candy on it. She was desperate for me to be a Liverpool fan and put John Barnes on the back.
