7 October 2016

Midfielder Shortlisted For First Strike At Yeovil

Colin Daniel has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League Two Goal of the Month award for September.

The versatile midfielder has been nominated for the first of his two goals against Yeovil Town last month - a 25-yard strike that found the top left-hand corner.

The 28-year-old is competing with Accrington Stanley's Paddy Lacey and Portsmouth's Gary Roberts to win the accolade, which will be decided by a fan vote.

Supporters can click here to register their vote for Daniel.

The shortlist for the poll is decided by a judging panel following suggestions from supporters via Twitter.

The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; Sky Bet Sponsorship Manager David Tweed and EFL Commercial Marketing Manager James Walker.

To suggest a goal to be considered for future Sky Bet Goal of the Month awards, fans can tweet details of their nominated goal to @SkyBet using #SkyBetGotM.

Voting closes at 6pm on Tuesday 11 October.
