Watch Blackpool's Team Bonding Activity At Challenge For Change
Supporters can now check out the footage from Blackpool's team bonding activity at Challenge For Change earlier this week.
The squad worked on communication, team work and problem solving by tackling high wires and assault courses at the purpose-built inward bound centre in Manchester.
The change of environment was ideal for manager Gary Bowyer, who is keen to develop a strong understanding between his players, many of whom are new to the club.
"This is the message that we've been trying to get out and across to the players, as well as the supporters," Bowyer said. "Whilst we're only eight games in, some players have only been with us for two games, three games, so that takes time. Sometimes you can just pick it up and it's up and running, but the majority of the time it comes from the trust and confidence of playing together and working together.
"We just felt it was a good chance on Monday to get away and get a bit of team spirit and team bonding. It was a very good afternoon's work."
