10 Questions: Jordan Flores

11 April 2017

Midfielder Goes Under The Spotlight

Jordan Flores has made a positive impact at Bloomfield Road since his arrival on loan from Wigan Athletic in January.

The midfielder has turned out 15 times in tangerine and now tackles our 10 Questions.

You’re given the microphone in front of your team mates, what song do you sing?
I sang Uncle Kracker’s Follow Me for my initiation here. It went quite well to be fair, I was always confident.

You have five pounds left to spend, what do you buy?
I’d get a few bags of sweets, Haribo but not the tangy stuff. I’d also get a Naked smoothie – be healthy.

What did you go as to your last fancy dress party?
I went as Sonic the Hedgehog to Wigan’s Christmas do. I was all blue with a helmet, but I nicked someone’s Gandalf staff and Minion glasses so I was a bit of a mixture.

Who do you room with on away games and what are they like for company?
Sanmi Odelusi. He’s alright, he loves a little sing to himself. He thinks he’s a good rapper but he’s struggling to be honest, I just laugh at him most of the time.

What is the most used app on your mobile phone?
Twitter or Instagram, I’m big on social media.

Not including the current squad, who is the best player who’ve played with?
I’ve trained with a lot of good players but to play with I’d probably say Ben Watson or Martyn Waghorn.

What’s the best holiday you’ve ever been on and why?
I only really go to Spain because my dad is from there and has lots of family over there. It’s in Barcelona and we go every year.

If you had one super power, what would it be and why?
I’d probably fly so I could go anywhere – I’d fly to Barcelona.

Who is your best friend in football?
Matty Hamilton. I came through at Wigan with him but he got let go after his second year so is at Marine now.

What was your first football kit and whose name did you put on the back?
It was a Wigan goalkeeper kit because that’s where I played when I was younger. Derek Stillie was on the back and it was disgusting, a horrible mixture of colours, green, yellow and orange.
