Fixture | Blackpool vs Rotherham United – Date | 9 December 2017 – Venue | Bloomfield Road
Blackpool's first league fixture of December sees Rotherham United visit Bloomfield Road tomorrow, kick-off 3pm.
The match will be a good test for The Seasiders, with The Millers having recently dropped down from The Championship.
Manager Gary Bowyer is hoping to be boosted by the return of a couple of his first-team regulars.
Last Time Out:
Blackpool's last league outing came against another side recently relegated from The Championship, with Blackburn Rovers running out 4-2 victors.
The scoreline didn't necessarily reflect The Seasiders' attacking performance, however errors at the back proved costly.
Rotherham, meanwhile, fell to a 2-1 away defeat to Bristol Rovers, having initially been ahead. The result was compounded by the dismissal of top scorer Kieffer Moore.
Clark Robertson came through his 45-minute return in the Checkatrade Trophy unscathed and is therefore in line to start for Blackpool. Kyle Vassell is also back training and will hope to declare himself available for the match. Curtis Tilt will also be monitored.
The visitors will be without the suspended Kieffer Moore, who is currently on loan from Ipswich Town. Jon Taylor and Darren Potter are also expected to miss out due to injury. Joe Newell is expected to be available, despite picking up a problem at Bristol Rovers.
